•  When you place an order for an in-stock item (not a pre-sale), here’s what you can expect:

•  In-hand prints ship within 1-3 business days.

• Print-on-demand items ship within 2 weeks.

• Pre-sale pins will ship when we receive them from the manufacturer (typically within 6 months for large pins, 3 months for smaller pins)

• If you need your order sooner, please let us know at the time of purchase, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request!

Returns & Exchanges:

At DreaD Illustrations, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please let us know as soon as possible.

• · We will provide you with a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

• · Once we receive the returned item, we will ship a replacement immediately.
